OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wooftales T/Cs
General
CANCELLATIONS- must be received 24 hours prior to scheduled service, otherwise 50% fee will be charged. If your dog is booked in and we come to collect- and your dog is not home/we cant collect your pup- you will still be charged for the service. If your dog is unwell, and you do not let us know- and we still send a driver to collect, you will still be charged.

PLEASE NOTE- all dogs will be collected between 7:45am and 9:15am DAILY, All dogs will be dropped home after 3:30pm
1. Wooftales and its employees agree to provide pet care services in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Wooftales or its employees, unless arising from negligence on the part of Wooftales. Also client agrees for their dog/s to socialize, be walked and exercised in company of dogs belonging to other clients.
2. The client agrees to raise attention to any known behavioral/aggression issues that their pet has with people/other dogs/food ect.
3. The client understands that all pets accepted must be in good general health. Veterinarian information and proof vaccinations must be sighted and recorded before any dog is to be taken out with Wooftales.
4. Pets must be on a flea and tick prevention program whilst under Wooftales care.
5. If any pet circumstances to sickness or injury while in Wooftales care, Wooftales reserves the right to administer necessary aid, and take the pet to a vet. Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the client.
6. The client agrees to pay any invoiced amount within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
7. Wooftales does not accept aggressive animals.
8. Wooftales reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
9. Wooftales reserves the right to take pet(s) to vet if necessary. Client is responsible for all applicable charges.
Keys
11. Keys are normally supplied to Wooftales if access is needed. Wooftales holds keys securely and they are not identified by client’s addresses. If the client plans on using Wooftales services again, we can store keys securely until needed. If this is unsuitable, then Wooftales can leave the keys in an agreed place in your home on our last visit. Failure to provide access to property or dog due to clients negligence to supply key or access incurs full fee for service.
Dog Walking
12. Wooftales will not walk unruly or untrained dogs.
13. Wooftales will not walk/look after bitches in season unless by specific prior arrangement. They will also not accept uncastrated male dogs past 1 year old unless prior arrangement is met.
14. Client will call his/her veterinarian ahead of time and leave credit card number in case of emergency.
15. Client to ensure that any alarm company is informed of authorized person in home.
Current Fees:
Walking: $40+gst per walk 1 Dog, $70+gst 2 dogs-weekdays Mon & Wed
Doggy Day Care: $85 per day+ GST Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
Dog Washing:
$35+gst Small
$45+gst medium
$75 2 dogs
Nails $20+gst
Puppy Party $70+GST
Payment & Cancellation Terms
16. For one-off and occasional services, payment is due when the service commences. This can be Cash or Bank Transfer- all other services invoiced fortnightly on Wednesday evenings.
