Emily, Chris and the team are dog people That means they don't just do this because it's a business. Their love of the dogs is so evident, knowing each of them 'personally' - their needs and idiosyncrasies so they feel cared for and any trauma of being away from home is minimised. Even on the muddiest of days and with dogs who love mud (mine included) they are always cleaned up when they are dropped off from home.

Our West Highland White Terrier ‘Charlie’ has been a regular participant at Doggie Daycare since the age of 18 weeks. Charlie is now 3yrs old, and his wonderful social skills with other dogs, children and adults is due to the early introduction to Doggie Daycare. The standard of care and love by Chris and Emily at Wooftales is just fantastic. Charlie looks forward to his weekly Doggie Daycare visits. I would highly recommend their services! My Springer Spaniel Jemma and I love wooftales! Jemma gets a really good romp with the other dogs and a more interesting walk through the bush than what I can give her. And she usually doesn't like strangers but Emily is fantastic with her and the pair quickly became great mates. I really like that I can watch clips of Jemma on her adventures via Instagram stories, and most weeks we get a photo of her as well. I also love that she sleeps all afternoon afterwards rather than doing zoomies through the house! Amy Porter- Wahroonga

Could not recommend Wooftales high enough! My dog loves being picked up by Emily or Chris and always comes home happy and tired after a full day/s of playing and walking! What I love most is during the day I can watch continuous updated videos of my dog with his pack. They look out for every individual dog and always take in what you tell them about your dog e.g he was unwell last week so please take it easy on him today. Our little fur baby TBone has been going on daily group walks with Wooftales and he absolutely loves it!
We have seen him develop into a much calmer and happy puppy in the evenings and an overall well-adjusted and socialised little pup.
Our boy means everything to us, and we wouldn’t trust anyone but Emily and Chris with him. They are extremely conscientious, thorough and trustworthy, and always returning TBone home exhausted and well exercised.
Emily and Chris regularly goes beyond the call of duty – e.g. water bowl filled on drop off, and cleaning up any mess that TBone has created whilst we’ve been away! Lena Roan- Hornsby

Our dog Indie is very active and interactive and craves attention during the day. I work long hours and knew my dog wasn’t getting the attention and exercise she needed to make her happy and adjusted. I started sending her on dog walks with Emily and Chris and I instantly noticed the difference! We are so lucky to have Emily, Chris and the Wooftales team! They have looked after our golden retriever Monty since he was a young puppy. He LOVES going out with them (literally gets excited when we say "wooftales") and is such a social puppy as a consequence - no dog phases him due to the variety of dogs he is exposed to. He goes on some terrific adventures and has great fur friends - we love the instagram updates showing what he and his pals are up to. Emily and Chris also gave us extra support when our (human) baby arrived and were happily on standby to take Monty out each day whilst we were in hospital. They care for Monty as if he was their own - very comforting when you're busy at work. Highly recommend! Melissa LR

Fantastic! Our 9 month old pomeranian Otto hadn't interacted with any dogs when we got him. He was very scared of dogs and hated the dog park. We noticed a difference within the first week of joining Wooftales. Now he is quite eager to meet other dogs and ventures further in to meet other dogs at the dog park. My sweet and energetic teenage Vizsla has settled beautifully into her doggie walks with Wooftales. She is content when we get home from work, having sniffed up a storm on her walk and socialised with her mates. Her coat is back on for warmth, and the Wooftales crew leave her with some kongs we pre-prepare. The crew always provide wonderful updates/photos from her walk, and are quick and helpful in getting back to me with correspondence. They really care about our pup :) Thank you Wooftales! Beautiful husband and wife team who genuinely love dogs and caring for them. Our dog looks forward to his dog day care days and waits by the door for them to arrive. He comes home exhausted and ready for a long sleep. I highly recommend wooftales, it is a great service! Melissa Pragassen

We have known Chris and Emily for over a year and half since Chris took a position with LondonWoof, the dog day-care centre of our choice for over 3 years. On his at least twice weekly visits to our house, Chris would always pick our beloved dog, Coffee and return him in the evenings, needless to say without a fail on time. He was not only always extremely punctual but very friendly. A very delightful, reliable professional. On few occasion once we did not manage to book our dog boarding service at LondonWoof on time and all the places for the chosen dates were taken (due to our own delay in booking), Chris and his partner Emily kindly volunteered to take our dog Coffee to their own place overnight and bring him with him to work in the mornings to LondonWoof . Their massive input and enormous help would never be forgotten.
Over the time we developed friendship with him and Emily. Both Chris and Emily are very caring and reliable people. We highly recommend both. They both are very trustworthy and great people to be work with. One of the traits that impressed us in both Chris and Emily was their great people skills. They both are outgoing and make those they meet very comfortable. Another trait that impresses us in both Chris and Emily is their true love for animals. As a long standing client of LondonWoof we think what makes a dog day-care centre to stand out is their choice of staff, and the level of reliable service they offer . Certainly in this front LondonWoof have always managed to deliver a great service by carefully selecting and employing right-minded professionals like Chris. We can not recommend both Chris and Emily enough. They both will be an asset to take care of your pet and you will never be sorry for offering your business to them. I’ve been ill which has prevented me from taking my three little dogs Lewi, Bella and Tilly for their walks and it’s been worrying me a lot. I’ve found the perfect solution to my/our problem in Emily and Chris at Wooftales. My dogs are collected, walked and given lots of new experiences they never got with me – they come home weary and as happy as anything. My anxiety is relieved which also makes me happy.
